Boulder Dash is one of the oldest names in puzzle action, and this anniversary edition celebrates thirty years of digging, dodging and gem collecting. You play Rockford, or one of nine other unlockable characters, digging through caves filled with falling boulders, valuable gems, treasure chests and enemies that want you gone. The rules are simple to grasp and dangerous to forget: every rock above your head obeys gravity, every gem matters, and every cave is a small physics puzzle where one careless dig can end the run.

Dig through caves rendered with three-dimensional elements, dodge falling boulders, gather gems, and stay clear of enemies along the way. The game includes more than 280 all-new levels across more than 12 never-before-seen worlds, with new creatures, multicoloured gem combinations, treasure chests, rare collectibles and power-ups to discover. A genuinely new addition is diagonal movement, which opens up puzzles that the original game could never build, and limited-time special events offer unique in-game prizes. A premium world designed by Peter Liepa, one of the original creators, adds twenty of the most mind-bending levels in the game.
